Easy and smart way to send phone number to others on mobile
In some cases, we have to send the mobile number that we have to other people. In that case, either we mention the person in the call, or we type (copy) the number and send it. However, there is a feature in Android phones, when using which the person who gets the number does not need to retype it. Today we will discuss the same method:
-Open the Contacts app
Open the Contacts app directly. You can also go to contacts from the phone app.
-Tap on the number
Tap on the number you want to send to the other person. There you have to open the option called 'Share'. On some Android phones, after clicking on the number, the share option appears. But in some, you can find the share option by clicking on the menu with three dots.
-Choose a way
After tapping on share you will find some options there. It mainly shows the option of virtual contact file (Vcard or VCF), text or QR.
Among them, Vcard is a standard file format for sending contact numbers. It contains details like name, phone number, email address, website etc. However, they are all in one place. In the same way, those details will appear in the text after selecting the text. And, if you select QR, the details of the contact will appear in the QR code.
- Sending by different means
After this you can send the contact number through platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS etc. For example, if a VCard is selected, the recipient can call that person or save it to their device with one click. You have to copy the number while selecting the text, while you have to scan it while sending the QR code.
