A study has revealed that the night mode of a smartphone does not help you to fall asleep early

The nighttime mode on the smartphone makes it easy for the eyes to see the display at night. However, new research has shown that the belief that it will make it easier to fall asleep early is not true.

According to a study published by Brigham Young University in the journal Sleep Health, it does not affect sleep even if you turn on the night mode at night.

The researchers conducted the study focusing on the Night Shift feature introduced by iOS in 2016 on the iPhone. When the feature is turned on, then the blue light of the smartphone display turns into fair light and stays in normal color during the day.

The main purpose of this feature is to reduce the use of blue light by making the display eye-friendly. Experts believe that it also has a positive effect on sleep.

But the university's separate study of two groups of adults between the ages of 18 and 24 found that it had no effect on sleep quality, time, and duration. One group slept an average of seven hours a night, while the other slept an average of fewer than six hours a night.

The study found that those who slept 8 hours without a phone dancer got better sleep than those who did not use a phone. Similarly, those who slept less than six hours were divided into two groups with night mode turn on and off. There was no difference in their sleep.

But in many other studies, there is a lot of evidence that the blue light of the phone increases the awareness of the brain and makes it difficult to sleep.

An excellent feature in Android phone, which is not in iPhone

Not long ago, a 'device tracking system' for the iPhone went public. This is a unique feature for the smartphone industry. This will show you the location if your iPhone is lost.

Even if your mobile phone does not have internet or the battery is exhausted, this feature helps you to find the iPhone. The same feature provided by iPhone is not available on Android.

This does not mean that Android does not have a unique feature. The unique feature is available on Android as well as iOS. Which can be used in many places. That is the 'Earthquake Detection System' which is not available in iOS.

With this, Android helps the users to be safe by informing them before the earthquake. This feature was first made available to users in California.

It is now available to Android users in Greece, New Zealand, and other countries. Android has said that this feature will be extended to all users.

Your name will now be pronounced correctly by Google Assistant

Google Assistant is becoming smarter by the day. From giving information about the weather forecast to telling the score of your favorite sports team, it tells you everything about the best restaurant you need.

But when you order it to call the people on your contact list. Then it always fails to recognize the name.

Moreover, in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual country like Nepal, people's names are very different. Whose pronunciation is also very easy to complex.

So Google Assistant can't identify or detect all those names. This problem is not only in Nepal but all over the world.

Now Google has hinted at resolving the issue. Google is rolling out a new update to Assistant. With this tool, you can teach Google Assistant how to pronounce a particular type of word.

For this, you can record the pronunciation in your voice as well as pronouncing the pronunciation.

This way, once you have recorded a voice, when you pronounce the word and give the command to Google Assistant, it can easily recognize the name or word.

The company has introduced this new tool as part of the Google Assistant upgrade. The company will do this from its Bert language model.

Currently, this name learning feature is only available in English. The company plans to expand it to other languages soon.
