Preparing to file a case against 12-year-old girl's TikTok

A 12-year-old girl from England is preparing to file a lawsuit against TikTok. He is said to be preparing to file a case against Tiktak for illegally using children's data.

The court has directed to keep the information of the girl child completely confidential if the case is filed. So no information about him has been brought out. The girl will file a lawsuit with the help of Anne Longfield, the commissioner for children's affairs in England.

Tiktak has filed a lawsuit against TikTok, alleging that it violated UK and EU data protection laws.

However, TikTok claims that its policy on children is strict. He said children under the age of 13 would not be allowed to join the ticket.

Longfield said the case was being prepared for the protection of children under the age of 16.

"TikTok is collecting children's data to strengthen its video recommendation," she said, "which will attract visitors and generate revenue for the company."

He hopes the commissioner will send a video link to a London court instructing Tiktak to immediately delete child-related data.
