Cryptocurrency can now be spent through PayPal

The online payment system PayPal has entered the cryptocurrency market. Announcing this, the company said that users with PayPal accounts can buy and sell Bitcoin and other virtual currencies.

Customers will be able to purchase goods using PayPal from these virtual currencies. With the company's decision, those who own cryptocurrencies will be able to purchase goods or services from 26 million vendors who can pay through PayPal.

According to PayPal, the company is initially planning to open payments in the US market in a few weeks. In the early months of 2021, this feature will be available worldwide.

Cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Bitcoin Cash, including Bitcoin, can be spent through PayPal.
