According to CEO Will Ahmed, the company provides bonuses to employees every month. During that time, an additional $100 bonus is given to employees who sleep well throughout the month, i.e. the average sleep performance is above 85 percent.
Apart from this, the company has also been working on artificial intelligence technology for some time now.
The company launched Whoop Coach last year which is a personalized fitness trainer. This AI tool was prepared by the company in collaboration with Open AI.
CEO Ahmed says that all the employees of his company are encouraged to use the official AI tool.
