A recent survey report has revealed that automation is going to have the greatest impact on the Human Resource Department (HR). By the year 2025, Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be the most talent-seeking sector in terms of jobs. A survey of Times Jobs said that HR is the job area that will have the greatest impact on automation. In such a situation, the question arises that what will be the composition of the future workforce?

At least 65% of the companies investing in AI are also investing in improving the efficiency of the existing employees.

By the year 2020, due to this, 18 lakh employment opportunities are expected to be reduced. However, after this, according to AI job, a better career will be made and it will generate 23 lakh jobs.

More than 84% of employers feel that AI will help them to stay ahead of the competition. According to 75%, it will prove successful in bringing new business opportunities.
