The President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, has made a wonderful proposal. He has asked the government agencies of his country to finish the two ranks of civil service officers next year and get their work done through Artificial Intelligence (AI). The real purpose behind this is not to reduce the burden of the officers or reduce government expenditure. Their aim is to reduce red tape, which according to them is a hindrance in the way of investment.

By the way, AI is being used worldwide to save expenses. The works which used to be the responsibility of the entire department till now, are now being handled through AI. Artificial intelligence means an intellectual ability developed in an artificial way. It started in the 1950s, but it is still worth believing. This computer system of learning through mistakes works on the basis of the same logic that human brains run. AI has completely changed robotics. The robot now brings new learning capabilities due to technology. Now he can take many decisions himself. As the scope of AI is increasing, the debate around the world is intensifying whether it is useful to humans or fatal?

One section believes that it will replace all workers and leave them to starve, but there is a second opinion that it will also create many new jobs. There is a general opinion that with the strengthening of AI, a large number of jobs will have to be lost from drivers to data entry operators. Work with higher mental capacity will also be affected, which will also increase the risk of doctors, journalists, and advocacy jobs. But according to last year's report of the World Economic Forum (WEF), AI will generate more new jobs than it will finish in the next few years.

According to the report, by 2025, more than half of the human work (about 52 percent) will be done by machines. Right now only 29 percent of our total work is done by machines. When machines start working more than humans, 7.5 crore people will have to lose jobs all over the world, but due to AI, 133 million new jobs will also come. In such a situation, 58 million more new jobs will come in the market. The fastest-growing jobs will be that of developers, e-commerce, and social media specialists. Obviously, only people with special technical expertise will get employment. However, now the officers of Indonesia and some other such workers will have to face unemployment due to AI.
